Gina Hernez-Broome is a senior associate at CCL'sColorado Springs campus. She trains and is the program manager forthe Leadership Development for Human Resource Professionalsprogram. She holds a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychologyfrom Colorado State University.
Cindy McLaughlin is a senior program associate atCCL's Colorado Springs campus. She trains a variety ofopen-enrollment programs, designs and trains custom programs, andis a certified feedback coach. She holds an M.S. in businessmanagement from Boston University. Stephanie Trovas is anopen-enrollment manager at CCL's San Diego campus. Shemanages and facilitates the Looking Glass Experience program. Shetrains several other CCL programs and is a certified executivecoach. She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.
