It all started out in a small town in the East Coast. I grew up in a small suburban area and was not exposed to too much of the outside world. My curiosity took me into the negative life style that I experienced when I walked in my own path at an early age before I was ready to even experience life. That was a long horrible path of secrets, deceit, abuse and human behaviors that I have never imagined. Some never find there way back but thanks to the Most High , I did not stray too far away and all was not lost. Today I encourage women and others in abusive, and difficult relationships and situations that they are not alone and there is help, and you don't have to stay in these nonproductive situations. You have to see it for what it is and elevate your mind and the rest will follow.

The reason why the readers would be interested in my unique voice as an author is because I have a message to tell the women that have been in abusive and demanding relationships that gave taken so much out of them until they have lost themselves.
It is a nurturing device to let them know that they are not alone and some one else has experienced it too and has come through it in a
positive light. I also want to tell the truth and let the men know that Malik's story was and is not as pretty as he painted it, and the truth
needs to be told about the events that took place so that we all can stand up and take responsibility to be honest so that we can help
our selves and others to make a true change. The truth can set so many hurt and lost people free.
I have counseled so many lost and hurt women and men to find the right direction. I have been a crisis counselor
starting at the age of 16 when I was a lost soul myself. I have studied psychology, sociology, and took many healthcare, and social
science classes to understand humans and how they function. I am also a very spiritual individual and have always been.
