Autoren-Porträt von John C. Gleason
John is social anthropologist and a graduate of the University of Sydney and the London School of Economics. He worked on treaty negations between the Inuit and Canada in the 1980’s before trading snow for the beaches of Australia. A veteran of the international indigenous rights era and the negotiation of major mining operations on Aboriginal land, John participated in the nuts-and-bolts, the local cut and thrust, of social change around the world.
John is a private anthropological consultant working mainly in the mining areas of Western Australia. He lives with his family in Perth.
