The purpose of my story is to provide a concrete and human understanding of the spiritual approach to pranic food.
I do not want to encourage anyone to do the same. In my opinion and from my experience, this is per se impossible because such a decision will arise only from inner processes as well as from the calling of the soul. In this area, there is nothing to prove and no one to convince.
In addition, I deal with other topics, such as "What is meant by Light", "Transformation of a negative environment", "Support and guidance", "Therapeutic help", or "My measures"...
The decision to become pranic is one of the most important decisions of my life. And at every moment, I enjoy the freedom to continue or end the pranic way of life.

The author, Aurélienne Dauguet, was born in 1953 in Paris. Since childhood she has had a subtle, strongly pronounced perception.She is a state certified nurse, specializing in psychiatry.
She is active as a lecturer in the most renowned German naturopathic school - Paracelsus Schulen - in Switzerland and Bavaria.
She offers training in radionics, auratherapy etc. at European level as well as care and lessons. As a therapist, she works both in person and remotely, for example by telephone, in French, German and English.
She has a lot of training in radionics - Radionic Practitioner of the Radionic Association, as well as training with David Tansley - in auratherapy, aromatherapy, lithotherapy, radiasthesia etc. She completed Aura Soma chromotherapy training with Vicky Wall and she is one of the first Aura Soma trainers.
