She believes in the value of personal assessment. You have to conduct periodic sea-bag inspections, deciding what is really required for daily living and what is necessary for your eternal survival. The recovery process involves pruning, tagging, and trash removal. You have to do the work, dig deep, and trust the recovery process of recharging your seed with the power of real love.

Sylvia Steele-Dunn is a twenty-six-year US Navy veteran from Wheaton, Illinois. She resides in Huntsville, Alabama, with her spouse of thirty years, CWO5 Franklin Dunn Jr., (US Navy, Ret.), of Charleston, Tennessee. They have two adult children and two granddaughters.She has a bachelor of arts degree in religious studies from St. Leo University and an executive master of business degree from Troy University. Sylvia is an associate minister and high school teen teacher at the New Beginnings Christian Church in Huntsville, Alabama.
