Leandro Fernández (Casilda, Santa Fe, 1973). Dibujante de historietas e ilustrador. Ha trabajado para importantes editoriales en Europa y Estados Unidos, como Marvel, DC Comics, Oni Press e Image. Ha dibujado libros de personajes muy populares, como Wolverine, Hulk y the Punisher, junto a grandes escritores como Greg Rucka (Queen & Country, The Old Guard), Garth Ennis (Punisher MAX), Peter Milligan (The Discipline, The Names), Bruce Jones (Incredible Hulk) y Brian Wood (Northlanders), entre otros. Con Rodolfo Santullo, creó Far South, una suerte de western argentino (Puro Cómic Ediciones, 2013). En 2003, fue nominado al Eisner por su labor en Queen & Country: Crystal Ball, con guion de Greg Rucka. En 2020, The Old Guard, una miniserie de cinco números que creó junto a Greg Rucka y fue editada, en 2017, por Image, fue llevada a la pantalla grande por Netflix, bajó la dirección de Gina Prince-Bythewood.

In 2020, The Old Guard, a five-issues miniseries Fernández created with Greg Rucka (published by Image in 2017), was adapted to the big screen by Netflix, under the direction of Gina Prince-Bythewood.
