Monica studied Fine Arts at Pratt Institute and the University of New Mexico. She has three children, including Amaya. She also currently resides in Vermont with her husband Daniel and youngest daughter. She loves spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She loves taking long walks in nature or spending time in her perennial garden. She loves creating artwork whether it be illustration or Fine Arts. Monica and Amaya hope that Magnolia Finds A Prince is the first in a series of many books.
