Elisabeth Kelan is Professor of Leadership and Organisation at Essex Business School, University of Essex. She holds a Leverhulme Trust Major Research Fellowship to study gender, inclusion and digitalisation in the context of the future of work. She is an expert on men as change agents for gender equality, women in leadership, generations at work and diversity, inclusion and belonging.
