Kristen LeCrone holds a degree in journalism and worked for AT&T in sales and marketing for more than twenty years. This is her first book. She currently lives in Indianapolis with her two dogs. She also has a blog site called mydogdaze.com, where she writes about her insights in dealing with anxiety and depression.
