Individually we need health practices to boost our immune system to assist prevent and recover from its effects. Meditation is a holistic health practice of using vision to acquire resilience. Resilience is not just our individual ability to adapt. The Self, health, and social environment are connected. Collectively we heal through the vision of a social transformation occurring based on values, principles of equity, and a cultural transformation based on science, the arts, and beliefs that connect us. The possibility is a new age of civilization as we individually and collectively heal using the renewed energy of vision.
