Miriam Bolet was born in December 27/1954 in Havana, Cuba, where she graduated of Bachelor in Sciences and Letters in 1973, and of Medicine Doctor of August /1979, with outstanding notes.In 1984, she began Nutrition Residence, finishing with excellent notes on 8 October 1987 as First Degree Specialist in Nutrition, and in 2002, Second Degree Specialist Medical Nutrition was made.
In February 1993, inaugurated the Clinical Nutrition Service of the University Hospital "General Calixto Garcia", where she worked until August 2011.
During the 18 years, she worked as a Physician Clinical Nutrition Specialist and as Professor of Public Health to provide classes to 5th year students of the School of Medicine. She was Professor Assistant of Public Health since 1994 and then Auxiliary Professor since 2003. Faculty of Medical Sciences "Calixto Garcia". Aspiring Doctor of Medical Sciences. Master of Sciences since 1998.
