This novella was written nine years ago with the exception from the last chapter. The earlier written work was posted on various blogs of the author for the last nine years until recently when the last chapter was added. While on the different blogs the book held titles like Walking with success and living with success before taking on the title of obelisk millionaires. It was on one of this blogs that i received good and bad comments about the writing that i decided to publish this novella as an Ebook. The book narrates about personality and how they should relate with work. As more and more people establish their personality traits in the wrongly unrelated jobs the result is massive unemployment. Personalities that where designed to be job creators take up a salaried job and the effect would be asphyxiating of potential job slots and wastage of precious time. The world needs to endeavour to place people in their personality related jobs to amplify job creation, reduce redundancy, increase professionalism and efficiency and enhance happiness.
