In presenting this third book, Andrew Collins describes it as a “sprightly and apropos” handbook. The author tackles a rather mundane and laborious discipline - running - and makes its nuances and attractions fun to explore. Andrew Collins also has in print two prior fiction novels, and he used that experience in crafting this first “how-to” book with flair and in a manner partakers will appreciate and enjoy.
Also an accomplished songwriter, Collins currently lives in the Carolinas, flip-flopping between Durham and Myrtle Beach. Additionally, he enjoys time each winter in Fort Lauderdale, writing and running.
