Pages on a Mirror is a fictional story about a young man who stumbles upon the essence of who he is while in desperate search and struggle of the man he wishes to one day become. Fresh out of prison after seventy-two long weeks away from his surroundings, Michael Pan has transformed himself into a brand-new man. After living the first twenty-four years of his life as an aimless drifter, he garnered inspiration while in prison to set a goal that he has always wanted to accomplish, but never had the confidence to strive for - writing a book. However, Michael's faithfully followed plan slowly derails upon his release as he stumbles upon a book which he feels mirrors the exact life which he has lived. Through journal entries, poetry and short stories touching upon many complex social and moral issues, Michael Pan goes through a journey of twists and turns in order to complete the book of his dreams, while in the process, getting familiar with the man in the mirror.
