The Paleo, Ancestral or Low Carb High Fat diet are all variations on a theme: a diet that mimics the nutrition of our hunter-gatherer forebears. A natural diet, consisting of foods found in nature- grass fed meat and game, seafood that is not farmed, free-range eggs, good fats like coconut oil and pastured butter, vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruits and spices and herbs.
Until now, exercise that is specifically suited to the paleo lifestyle has not been addressed. Natural means of exercise are perfectly suited to the paleo way of living and eating have been around since, well, since Paleolithic times! But while many of us have learned to redesign our nutrition and diet along natural, paleo lines, exercise has stayed conventional, "modern", and "processed"!
Here is a succinct description of natural exercise methods, that dovetail perfectly with natural, real food eating! Lots of links and youtube demonstrations and descriptive photos are included within the text of the ebook, making this a very useful ebook that you will actually read and absorb- this is not a scientific sort of abstract treatise that you won't really want to read.
