Produktinformationen zu „Pia's Gift (ePub)“
Pia's Gift is about celebrating differences and welcoming relationships in our lives. Pia has a very unique and beautiful gift. The forest animals see it as a monstrous curse. Pia wanted friends like everyone else. But because of her "special gift," no one dared to become her friend. After all, who wants to be friends with a monster? But Pia never did once want the gifts others have. She stood by what her parents said that people will love her because she's different from the rest.
In the pursuit of perfection and greatness, we devalue and limit ourselves. We see our differences as ugly attributes instead of strengths. We value ourselves weak, and we fill ourselves with insecurities. Instead of listening to our voice, it gets drowned by people's insults and sarcasm. Instead of going against it, we get carried away and lose our fire and light. Pia's Gift is a book that will teach children and people of all ages to celebrate their differences and be more accepting of others' uniqueness. Pia and Simon mirror a friendship filled with delight, delicious differences, and diversity.
