My experiences, my heart and the lessons I expose in Poetic Matters Of Life may not present the world any great wisdom but perhaps my poetic ignorance will demand your consideration. And then your wisdom will be exposed by the benefit you reap.

As a child I was switched with a buckbrush, whipped with a belt and spanked with a 1 X 4. I had less than average grades, I couldn’t finish college, never saw combat, was a failure at marriage, but have never experienced a woman’s true love. I have been to 17 countries, had a top secret security clearance, am honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps, have run my own business for 30 years, been elected to public office 5 times, am a fraternal leader, faithful in Church and submit my story of error and bless for your benefit and making it all rhyme is nothing short of a miracle.
