When Jimmy Gingerbean loses his election, his plans are foiled, and his mountain of sand is released off the cliff to the mysterious land below. Dash frets for the residents of Sugar City down below, but what he doesn't realize is a pathway has been created to the mysterious city below the clouds. Ella climbs up the mountain of sand and discovers Big Town. There, she introduces Dash and the other residents of Big Town to a healthy dose of fun. She even learns about a new dessert herself- ice cream cones! Together, Dash and Polly bring the citizens of Big Town to the lovely land below to partake in the merriment of Sugar City at the Sweetie Pie Festival. They bring joy to everyone and prepare for more adventures near and far.
