My name is Charles Smith. I was challenged by 40+ years of P.T.S.D. Long Term Addiction Recovery, five years of homelessness, and severely dark depression. I developed these techniques to cope with my issues and to find new hope. I became a Peer Support Specialist and hold a certification and an associate degree in Human Services. I have also worked as a Director of a non-profit, to support families of veterans like myself who suffered from P.T.S.D. trauma and mental health conditions, not to mention run countless programs on a variety of supportive subjects. Mostly I use my life-long experiences to show people that recovery is real and happening now!
Throughout all of these experiences, I developed time-tested long term solutions. I have now put it into my life long experience book series.
