Autoren-Porträt von Susanne Broel
1968 in Hameln geboren hat die Autorin Mitte der 1980iger Jahre ihre Bankausbildung im BHW Hameln absolviert. Nach der Ausbildung ging sie nach Stuttgart und hat dort in verschiedenen Banken gearbeitet. Es folgten Fortbildungen bei der Bankakademie Frankfurt/Main, IHK Berlin und ein Umzug nach Berlin. Im Rahmen einer leitenden Tätigkeit hat Susanne Broel im TopSharing gearbeitet. Mit Beginn ihres Studiums an der Steinbeis Hochschule ist ihr das Thema Teilzeit und Führung in verschiedenen Facetten aufgefallen, so dass sie dazu eine wissenschaftliche Arbeit verfasst hat.Frau Broel arbeitet heute Teilzeit in einer Bank und ist nebenberuflich als Coach - gerade für TopSharer - und Beraterin tätig.
