Jacob Gates is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer who served his country for nearly ten years during the post-Vietnam, Cold War era. Gates was born and reared in Northeastern Pennsylvania where he has a home. He graduated from Mansfield State College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education.
