Klaas Smelik is director of the Etty Hillesum Research Centreat Middelburg. Garrit van Oord works as a translator Dutch-Italian/Italian-Dutch in the field of the humanities and is the coordinator for the EHOC in Italy. Jurjen Wiersma is professor emeritus of Ethics, Hermeneutics, and Philosophy at the Protestant Theological Faculty in Brussels.
