"ROOOOOOAR!"
"ROOOOOOAR!!" Marcus responded to his brother Jeff while the others watched.

Jeff was clearly outmatched and he had no other place to go. Having ran from his brothers for a couple of centuries seemed to not end so well since they always had a way of sniffing him out. And now that their father had died, there was no way of controlling them.

"Jeff, you ran away from your family. Who even does that?"
"I have a choice; everyone has a choice Marcus! Why is it always too hard for you to leave me alone?!"

Marcus didn't bother respond to him. Instead, he and his other rogue brothers started sizing him up and then moved in for another attack, but Paul, the youngest brother, raised his hand and the other two brothers stopped and looked at him as though they were waiting for instructions from their little brother.

"Wait a minute, I smell a human around here. Geoffrey, do you have a human pet with you?" Paul asked as he sniffed a little.

Marisa was hiding under the table and when she heard her name being mentioned, she cringed. Everything had stopped making any sense when the three other men referred to Jeff as a vampire right before they started flying around the house. She was moments away from a heart attack for sure.

"You have a human pet? Brother you have become so weak!"
"Stay away from me!"
"ROAR!"
"ROOOOOOAR!!!"

Jeff felt as though he hadn't been left with any other choice but to fight his brothers. He was never going to let them take Marisa away from him. She was the most important thing in his life at that moment and taking her would be something he wouldn't stand there and watch at all.
