One should learn to be still and spiritually sensitive in the Spirit and God's presence because His Word says, "Be still and know that I am God your life" (Psalm 46:10).

Learn to surrender to God in everything for His yoke is easier than ours and Christ alone gives the peace that surpasses all understanding. The world does not understand the peace Christ alone our Lord and Saviour gives.
