It is my mind, emotions, spirit and my body that affect the outcome of any situation. My actions reflect my internal beliefs, and no amount of outside learning can be effective for me until I learn to hear myself and change my programming.

This book is not just another "how to" book; it is mine and my clients stories on how we moved forward through the difficult and painful task of changing our programming to effect lasting change.
