This group process and approach elicits and effects positive change in the lives of people struggling with life choices and personal behaviors, affecting their overall health, wellbeing and functioning. *Note – throughout this manual “changing your problem health behavior” can be any problem health behavior / lifestyle change (e.g. Substance abuse, smoking, eating disorders, fluid intake, diet changes, stress, exercise, taking medications, and managing other health concerns).
