Jon Farrell is a 15 year old boy who has had to come to terms with the very recent death of his parents. In fact, they are currently lying dead in his arms. What Jon does not know yet is that they were killed in an alien attack. Nitin found the idea for the story when he was very young, as he used to lie on the flat extension at the back of his house where he would look up to the stars and imagine what life would be like up there. He wrote the book while working in Belfast a few years ago, and re-discovered it whilst commuting to his new job in London.
