Fran Flowers is a native of the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. She graduated from Western Carolina University with a master’s degree in business. She taught accounting and finance at the community college level and has co-owned and operated a small construction company.Fran is an active member in her church where she has taught the children for many years. She lives in southwestern North Carolina with her husband, Bill, and, of course, Rosita.
