The storm knocks out the electricity; they have no Christmas gifts, and they have nothing with which to decorate their tree. In spite of all they do not have, this Christmas becomes for them the best one everRosita and the girl come to know the true meaning of Christmas and what the love of family is all about.

Fran Flowers is a native of the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. She graduated from Western Carolina University with a master’s degree in business. She taught accounting and finance at the community college level, and has co-owned and operated a small construction business.Fran has published three books in the Rosita series and is currently working on the fourth. She is an active member of her church, where she has taught the children for many years. She lives in southwestern North Carolina with her husband, Bill, and, of course, Rosita.
