Hi my name is Jonathan Wright. I decided to write this book for a few reasons. Over the last 25 years I have had a lot of people ask me questions about bodybuilding, nutrition and especially steroids which is the main reason for me writing this. I am not a big guy by any means but I have always found it easy to change my body very quickly. I started out as a personal training through NFPT before I even started to really work on my own body. In no way shape or form is this book telling you what to eat, what to take or what to put into your body. What you do with your body is your own decision.
