Autoren-Porträt von Colin Burrow
Colin Burrow is a Senior Research Fellow at All Souls College, Oxford. He has written widely on the relationship between Renaissance literature and the classical past, in his OUP monograph Epic Romance: Homer to Milton, and in a wide range of articles on Spenser, Milton, Shakespeare and other authors. He edited the Complete Sonnets and Poems for the Oxford Shakespeare, as well as Ben Jonson's poems for the Cambridge Edition of the Works of BenJonson. He is working on two book projects: a study of the idea and practice of literary imitation, and the Elizabethan volume for the Oxford English Literary History.
