Michael Mangiaracina is a retired sergeant from the Yolo County Sheriff's Department. Over the past 30 years he has trained thousands of law enforcement, correctional, probation and investigative personnel in giving testimony in civil depositions, administrative hearings and the courtroom. His courtroom testimony classes have been the subject of three television specials and many newspaper articles. He teaches firearms, courtroom testimony and report writing classes at local community colleges and law enforcement academies. He is a guest lecturer for professional organizations throughout California and Nevada. He is also the author of Shooting Handguns. Mike's varied law enforcement background and extensive time spent as a court bailiff, gives him a refreshing perspective on jury behavior and effective witness testimony.
