The novel A Shortage of Sand by J.E. Jansen offers a unique take on the early days of the Obama administration. Humorous and sexy this may be, but at its core is a scathing political satire. Numerous laughs come at the expense of Eric Holder, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Bill and Hillary, Rahm Emanuel, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Al Gore, the Mainstream Media, and the President himself.
