After the events in the Sinful Heart, the town of Park Cove has been closed down and abandoned. The FBI fenced off the town after all the terrible tragedy, where the town's folk had died in horrific ways. A group of content filmers cut the chain to the fence and enter the forbidden town. After driving to the edge of the woods, the film crew enters the cavern behind the waterfall. After setting up cameras and getting ready to capture the evil hell dimension beings known as the Sin Collectors, they realize they made a mistake after they appear. Now, the group must run and hide in a game of cat and mouse as they fight to make their way to the entrance of the town in order to escape the horrific fate that awaits them. As they flee in horror from the Sin Collectors, dark truths get revealed, which threaten to tear the group's friendship apart.
