Jane Bozarth, Ed.D., is an internationally known trainer,speaker, and author. She is the author of Pfeiffer's E-Learning

and, with Jim Kouzes & Barry Posner, The Challenge Continues.
In addition to her work as Elearning Coordinator for the state of
