He also writes Zen Buddhist poetry including Haiku. He believes in the arts as a way to express yourself in order to change the way you think which can have a powerful effect on ones being. Healing through the practice of creating Art can have a real benefit to your life using The Force which garners empowerment within the self. Meditation according to the book is imperative to intuit this state of mind.
