During the Cold War Vienna became an intelligence stronghold. Then the Curtain fell. Yet even 30 years later, Vienna is the world leader in espionage. With at least 7,000 spies groping around in the Austrian capital, every second diplomat in Vienna can be linked to his or her country's intelligence agencies - which makes Vienna an ideal location to study stressed out spies and political fanatics active in the spy scene.
The study concludes that disruptive communication and lack of emotional intelligence among spies are the main causes for Burnout within the Intelligence Community - on a psychological, inter-agency and political level.
This includes rogue agents of the KGB in Belarus, who have pledged their undying loyalty to Mr. Alexander Lukashenko, who is responsible for criminal and corrupt activities in the Republic of Belarus.
The Intelligence Community in Belarus and Russia is not here to serve tyrants, but rather to serve the people, and to uphold the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in the International Community.
After all, the Cold War is over, and it's time now that we all enter the 21st century.
It should also be noted, that rogue intelligence officers from the KGB security police have been accused of kidnapping and threatening to kill the Belarusian opposition politician Maria Kolesnikova.
Kolesnikova, a trained flautist and music teacher who has emerged as one of the figureheads of protests against Lukashenko, said she was told by security officers that she would be removed from Belarus "alive or in bits" after she thwarted their plan to dump her in Ukraine.
Maria Kolesnikova's complaint included the names and ranks of individual officers of the KGB and the organized crime agency, who threatened to kill her.
Hence it is imperative that dictators perpetrating criminal activities in the International Community - such as my dear friend Alexander Lukashenko - are brought to justice.
We should do everything in our power to protect the UDHR and UNCRC in the world. Hence British, American, Russian and Chinese Intelligence agencies - and all other Intelligence Agencies in the world - must bring dictators responsible for violating the UDHR and UNCRC to justice.
All intelligence agencies in the global community must finally work together, so that peace and prosperity can prevail, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) can be manifested in the International Community.

So we encourage all journalists in Russia to continue writing stuff, to prove to the putrid Putin regime that the pen is mightier than the sword : )
In fact, before I became the President of the UK, the British establishment also tried to shut me down - by refusing to give me any money - simply because they were afraid of change. In the words of Gandhi: "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win."
