Drawing on recent events from many places around the world, the play circles themes relating to responsibility of individuals versus the responsibility of the world as a whole. But I Thought You Said... is a comedic play set in London, following a married couple Greta and Frederick through their daily lives, as they communicate, miscommunicate and negotiate the journey that is married life.
