After a lot of extensive research, he was more confused than ever and decided he needed some help. So, he enrolled in a diploma course in nutrition and he's now a certified nutritionist.
Then, with his newfound knowledge and a lot more research and experimentation, he finally came up with a simple and easy system to lose weight and keep it off. Using this program, over a period of approximately three months, he lost over 28 pounds (13 kilos). What's even better, eighteen months later, he was still at his target weight. And much to the amazement of his wife and (grown up) children, he didn't give up drinking alcohol or make drastic changes to his diet.
