This higher quality of life can be experienced by making small steps towards your desired potential. Your highest quality of life is like the potential energy of a ball waiting at the top of a hill. It's sitting there waiting to be expressed into another form of energy or higher quality of life. In order to convert your current condition to a higher quality, you need to make small alterations, or steps towards your desired potential. You need to take steps up the hill towards the top - the top of the hill is where the potential lies. These small alterations can be in many different forms.

These small alterations can come in forms of choosing to eat an apple a day or walking around the block every morning. Visiting your Chiropractor even when you feel good.
