Autoren-Porträt von Shane J H Barnard
Shane J.H. Barnard was born in 1954 and educated in South Africa. He married a fine English lady; Shirley Wigram in 1990.They emigrated to England in 1997.Shane’s love for God of Israel and children motivated him to found a home for destitute children living on the streets in South Africa. He writes short stories, poetry, etc. mostly donated to a Christian charity.
This children’s book series, The Adventures of Tommy Taylor and Pinkitrix, found its way into Shane’s heart through observing his little black spaniel dog’s behaviour, that inspired a longing to “one day” share a children’s fantasy story sequel book with his estranged little girl Angeleque. He last saw at her tender age of three.
However they met and reconciled in March 2013, in South Africa, after an absence of twenty-six years.
This book series is now finally in process and proudly dedicated to my beautiful, loving daughter Angeleque and grandchildren Jannie and Jenna Kruger.
May it bring joy to many a child’s heart and every reader.
