It has been six months since anyone in Des Moines has died of mysterious causes. Sheriff Matthew Weeks stil has dreams about his sister's death. Lauren will spending the school year with Matt in Des Moines. He worries that the ghost will attack her.
Moving from Chicago to Des Moines is a big adjustment, Lauren has many challenges. She becomes friends with Rachel Stone a Gothic girl. Every part of her is covered in black. No one realizes Rachel Stone is a demon ghost and was sent to Des Moines to kill as many people as possible.Matthew has killed a demon ghost before. Can he do it again to protect his daughter and save the people of this town.
