Autoren-Porträt von RT Chiwuta
Raleigh Chiwuta was born into a recently independent Zimbabwe. However, in a period starting from the late 90s his family were part of the exodus of many thousands of Zimbabweans heading for England seeking economic and political refuge. This was one of the many ironies, observations and presentations of human existence that fuelled the writing of The Dichotic Dilemma. How after finally achieving majority indigenous rule in 1980, the economic decline and political unrest of a once powerful economy was leading many of those same indigenous people to seek refuge in the land of their former masters. The Dichotic Dilemma.Raleigh Chiwuta has now been residing in the United Kingdom for over a decade with his family and is currently employed in the National Health Service. An incredible institution and idea which holds true to many of the fundamental and humanitarian ideals that he believes in.
He is also in a committed relationship with the hope and dream of realising all that true love can bring. Marriage, children, security and the fulfilment of an intimate spiritual connection and commitment that lasts a life time and transcends all time.
He hopes to touch the whole world with his literature. To inspire something good, something positive, something progressive against the backdrop of a world that at times seems in disarray.
