From the time I was young, I've always had a passion for writing. Whether it be songs, short stories, or poems, writing has always been a coping tool for me. I've struggled with mental health for the most of my life, and when I was 15 I started writing poems and poetic excerpts to release my emotions. I decided I wanted to write a book in order to help people who are also struggling, realize that they are not alone in this world. I always felt alone when I was struggling, and I want people to know that there are many others who deal with similar struggles in life, and it's okay to feel like you're not okay sometimes.
I hope that this book reaches an audience that can appreciate the poetic creativity that I have, but can also interpret the meaning of each poem in their own way relating back to themselves. Just know that you are never alone, and there are always people who are willing to help you become the best you that you can be.
