Gordon B. Greer was born in Butler, Pennsylvania, and was educated at Phillips Exeter Academy, Harvard College and Harvard Law School. He practiced law for 43 years and between college and law school he served as an aviator in the United States Air Force. He now lives in Belmont, Massachusetts.
