Tom goes into the inner city, to find a car pileup. He finds his wife in Midtown. They brush past looters and thugs. They go their parents farm house. Only to find a man named Bill. They find out that there is an infection spreading across the country. People are turning into savage killers. The survivors go across country trying to find the source of the infection. Along the way they come across cast of characters that come together to fight this infection that is plaguing the country.

Edward J. Sanchez was born on 07/21/1983 in San Antonio. He grew up in Ravenna and Stow Ohio. Growing up he wanted to be an architect, but as he grew up he started to draw quite regularly. He loved to read comics as a child enjoying Tod Macfarlane's Spawn, and Japanese films such as Vampire Hunter D. and Akira. As he became a teenager he decided to get into Fine Arts, specifically Painting and Drawing. He graduated from the University of Akron Mary Shiller Myers School of Art, with a BFA In Painting and Drawing, and to this day is a practicing Fine Artist. In January of 2021 he started a book called "Notes on painting: my thoughts on how to get better at painting" He abandoned the book for the time being, to write his first fictional novel "The Fourth Floor." He is heavily influenced by the book "Fight Club" and the work of Stephen King. He currently lives and works in Stow Ohio.
