There is humour as the central characters set about their task of looking after the kids concerned. Good beats potential evil in true comic book style, but told in freestyle eclectic storylines rather than by traditional comic cartoon. Richards' use of that icon of teenage fashion, the 'hoody', is probably as far from the designers' original intentions as Melbourne is from Sydney. Even seasoned crooks should enjoy the ploys set by the Great Australian Super-hero as he goes about his business, albeit somewhat reluctantly, of ensuring that Good will defeat potential evil in good old Melbourne town, capital of Victoria, Australia.
