Karen Fischer is a qualified nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science Degree and a Diploma of Nutrition. She is a member of The International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) and founder of the vitamin supplement company Skin Friend and the eczema support network Eczema Life. She has also been featured extensively in magazines and on radio, discussing ways to improve dietary and skin conditions. For more than a decade, Karen has used the Eczema Diet in her private practice, including support groups and clinics, to help her patients, of all ages, become eczema-free.
