When Weirdo wakes up one morning and discovers there has been a murder in the block of flats where he lives , Carlos, the slimy man next door raises his suspicions. Yet, for some reason the police know nothing of Carlos and find the neighbour with strange habits and ideas more interesting and suspicious than the elusive Carlos.
