Dr. LaTonya is a dynamic forward-thinking coach, speaker, and trainer with extensive experience in talent and workforce development, thought leadership, change management, instructional strategy, and facilitation. Dr. Jackson leads leadership-focused mastermind groups, serves as a design strategy consultant, and facilitates workshops on conducting informational interviews, investing and marketing yourself, resume writing, and interviewing skills. She is passionate about helping leaders, especially women, grow their careers. Her most important roles are that of wife and mother of 3 children.She has worked in Marketing, Higher Education, Food Service, Retail, an Executive Family Office and as an entrepreneur. She writes based on her learned experience with the hope that she can help readers minimize or make non-existent the faux paus she made while working in corporate environments and after experiencing not one but two layoffs in her career.
Despite she keeps an "action attitude" and helps her clients progress toward their stated goals as they give themselves permission to take action toward their next right step.

LaTonya holds a Doctor of Education in Workforce Development and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Leadership both from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR, and a BSBA from Nebraska University.
